Hey! I'm Melissa
I'm Melissa, an artist and product designer passionate about data visualization and watercolors. My path has always been driven by a deep desire for independence, creativity and purpose. After studying art and design and spending 15 years working in the tech industry across Lima, Barcelona and Paris, I chose to reconnect with what truly inspires me — designing mindful experiences and painting nature-inspired art.
This vision led me to create Lupuna Studio, a conscious design practice where data, art, and wellbeing come together to shape meaningful visual stories.
Today, I collaborate with brands and organizations to craft unique visual identities, data infographics and design systems, bringing clarity, beauty, and innovation to every project.
As both a designer and watercolor artist, I find balance in the intersection of logic and emotion, precision and intuition. This duality fuels a creative process that is both disciplined and soulful — one that seeks to tell stories with heart, awareness, and purpose through every design I create.
